He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also the of Ex-Chairman The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (a Statutory Body under the Act of the Parliament) Lucknow Chapter of NIRC.He is the Executive Member of Evergreen Welfare Association which is formed by 250 families who are living at Indira Nagar Lucknow and also the Chairman (Programme Committee), ASSOCHAM, Uttar Pradesh and Active Member of Lions Club, Cantonment Lucknow . He is also the C.E.O of B.P.Wealth Creator Consultants Private Limited (A Portfolio Management Company) .He is the Company Secretary In Practice (acting as advisor in fund management and Company law) . He has also been Former Company Secretary to Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited and Former Secretary cum Manager Trust Fund . Presently providing secretarial services to government PSU's and private limited companies and also providing guidance to the budding professionals being The Founder  and The Chairman  of THE INSTITUTE FOR CORPORATE ACHIEVERS.
