thats my order of preference. If all 3 can be done...in due course of time.......Magazine will b the most practical option to start with......

First of all we should start with a Magazine then a seminar...
Member meet may be organized halfyearly...
Reason for above is :
We can know each others contribution and person we is not Internet savvy but is qualified member may also ask for that and get touch with club.
Then the club can go for state level seminars,then National Seminar, like this...
