by casting the onus of tds on buyers, the govt has created larger avenue for black money...
no realistic / inflation based basic exemption limit..
80cc needs huge revision, who pays principal less than rs. 1 lakh on home loan given present interest rates and property prices,
so many other things...

A Budget should be made while keeping a few things in mind and raise in income of general citizens should be a first priority.

Market prices are uncontrolled, while Income of a common man is not raised rationally.
It leads to crime graph raising high & high for want of money.
Relief to middle class or common man is not effective in the budget.
Very good per capita income or growth rate is due to very some people in India. It hide very large part of population.
