sajidWrote on 07 June 2012Banker is diverting his activities. Education is in inviable work of the Banker. It is waste expenses. RBI must give soft skill training to commercial bank staff. They are very rude in their manners with their clients. They are not obeying the orders of their seniors, they are proud of their Associations , in anything goes wrong with staff, they approach their Association to get ride of the mistakes. Please educate the staffs of the Commercial Banks, how to interact with their customers, that is enough to. There is no need to go with the public. Educationist are here to educate the masses. |
