ICAI invites suggestions on the Finance (No.2) Bill, 2009

Direct Taxes Committee, Indirect taxes Committee and Committee on International Taxation of the ICAI invite suggestions on the Finance (No.2) Bill, 2009 for the Post Budget Memorandum-2009

The Direct Taxes Committee, Indirect Taxes Committee and Committee on International Taxation invite suggestions on the tax proposals of the Finance (No.2) Bill, 2009. CA. Ved Jain, Chairman, Direct Taxes Committee, CA. Atul Bheda, Chairman, Indirect Taxes Committee and CA. Mahesh P.Sarda, Chairman, Committee on International Taxation are looking forward to your comments for consideration and inclusion of the same in the Post Budget Memorandum, 2009 to be submitted to the Ministry of Finance.
