Above circular is a wrong one. As per Circular - General Circular No. 2/2013 dtd 31/1/13 period extended up to 28th feb 2013.

As per General Circular No. 43/2012 dated the December 26, 2012; The due date for Filing of Cost Audit Report and Compliance Report in the extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) mode is within 180 days from the close of the company’s financial year to which the report relates or by January 31, 2013, whichever is later.

Hi Guest, Attached circular talks about Balance sheet and P&L but not Cost audit and compliance report. As of now, no notification is released with respect to extension of Cost audit XBRL Filing.
