Which surname should I use for my CPT registration, before marriage it was X, and after marriage it is Y, all my certificates are before marriage, I want to go for online for CPT Registration,

I would be appreciating if someone clarifies me on this.

As u said that in all ur certificates you have ur surname i.e. X then u must fill ur original surname in order to avoid problems and dicrepencies in future.

But i want to go with my after marriage surname, what is the procedure for that,

If you have got your marriage certificate then you can go with the changed surname.

If you dont have a marriage registration certificate then get your marriage registered and you can use your changed surname.

Yes sir, I have my marriage certificate, Rasan Card, Adhar Card, Passport, Bank Passbook, My Car Registration Certificate, all these are in after marriage surname.

Can I take admission with after marriage surname, if yes then, what are the documents that I need to provide, if I’m going for online registration.

In this case you can proceed with the registration in your changed surname, just attach a copy of your marriage certificate along with all the documents required by the ICAI.
