u have to prepare partnership deead first of all in the new name of the firm than trade licence and u have apply for pan card for firm and get changed all documentry evidence in the name of firm whic belong to proprietorship firm... for tax point of view all the assets and liablities of firm should be transfer to the firm and that continue for 5 years...
