	India's finance minister Monday said that the government will wait to resolve a $2 billion dispute with Vodafone Group VOD.LN -0.36% PLC before making any changes to a law which seeks to retrospectively tax overseas deals involving Indian assets. "We have decided that the appropriate time to go to parliament is after we have been able to resolve the Vodafone case and get clarity on how that is resolved," P.
