I am planning to take transfer from my current office without any restriction from my principal, So i want to know what is the time i have for rejoining?? I Am doing my college also and in April 2013 it will get over, So is it possible that after taking Transfer in August and rejoing after April.

Yes it is possible but your final may be delayed because 2.5 years articleship is required.
