On preparing .fvu file using the software provided by nsdl we get 'electronic report'.
One of my client by mistake deducted TDS @ 12.36%. instead of 10% -i.e. the rate applicable.
When I chose Rate of deduction 10%........
Hence I chose Higher rate of deduction .
As I result in the electronic report I got a message that in those records (giving line No. etc. ...as usual) indicated that though higher rate is selected ...higher rate is not deducted.
Now. I request you to comment.....on this ?
...Wil I get notice for the % age 20%-12.36% amount.
If not ? does this message indicate.
(While using the private software I did not get these kind of messages.)
