Section 194C(7) obliges a person furnishing such particulars in such form and within such time as may be prescribed. Whether any rules have been framed in this regard and forms prescribed wef from 01.10.2009 ?

I don't think Department has prescribed any rule/forms till date..

ya correct....there are no set rules/form for this but as it is required at year end so definately new rules will be prescribed before year end..........
