DEAR FRIENDS
Can a return of TDS be revised now for the AY 2009-10 while TDS Credit of Incometax website and TDS credit in TDS certificate given by party mismatched, while some parties given PAN incorrect in TDS return.
What to do if party deny to correct TDS data by revision in TDS return in NSDL ?
If anybody help me, I will be grateful.

Ask the party to revise the TDS return....Income tax officer will give the credit on the basis of 26AS only....if the party denies to do it you can file a case alleging him as 'Assesse in default'
