My company has still not provided me the form 16 for yr - 2011 to 2012, but tax was deducted from my salary.
Have a few questions regarding this
1. Can i efile my tax details
2. When i apply for Loans(Home/Vehicle), the banks ask me form 16 which my company has not provided.
What do i do next?????????????

Its Employer responsibilty to deduct the tax, rimit the same and issue Form - 16 with in due date of filling return. you have to insist your employer to get the same, since you dont have clear date about your salary, deduction and exemption which is filied by your employer in Form 26Q you can not assume or file some thing which is contradict to the former.

We have insisted the company to provide us the Form16, but we have not got any replies.
