We wish to inform you that ICSI has planned to submit a Pre-Budget Memorandum 2009 to the Government preferably by the end of May 2009. For this, we request you to kindly give your valuable suggestions relating to:

• Direct Taxes
• Central Excise Law and Rules
• Customs Laws and Rules
• Service Tax Law and Rules
• Others like VAT, GST etc.

We shall be obliged if you please forward your valuable suggestions to the institute by   e-mail at drs3 @ icsi.edu or aparna.chauhan @ icsi.edu  preferably by 25th May, 2009.
