Hi, I'm bit confused where to put this. I am sorry if I put it at wrong place and I would request to move it to right place.

So, I want to export onsite IT, web services to foreign clients. I want to do it independently.

I contacted a chartered account and he said to register a pvt ltd company and then to get the IEC code. Then I can start exporting the IT services and can collect the service fee.

1) Is that this much simple or I need to take any extra/added steps to comply with IT act 2000 and  updated FEMA regulations ?

2) If not, then what are the correct procedures to do such business ?.

3) What is the minimum authorized capital for registering a pvt ltd company for such IT export related business ?

4) What other steps to take, so that later I don't have to worry about ?

Thank you very much.
