A company wants to transfer its share. company has already two directors...which will retire.... and two new directors will be appointed...all sharesholding lies with directors....now wats the procedure for tranfer the share ??

First appoint the director than make transfer.....
for transfer you need to submit form 7B mentioning the complete details of the traqnsferor and transferee with properly stamp as per the state stamp act. after receiving the board will register and the name of the transfaree will be entered in the registered of member.
