Service tax on manpower supply

Sir/ Madam

Please let me know how to bill manpower supply with service tax wi.e.f june 2012. coz there is mentioning about the contractor portion and sub contractor have to pay their own contribution to service tax account. Please explain the rate of service tax payable by contractor & sub contracting manpower suplier.
