My query is

Company A, B. C and D share a common service provided by company E

Full payment is made by company A to the provider of the service company E (basic value + service tax)

When company A raises debit note on B C and D should the service tax be charged separately or not?

i.e for company B - Basic value /4 + service tax (separately)

for company C - Basic value/4 + service tax (Separately)

for company D - Basic value/4 + service tax (Separately)

OR should it be charged like this --- (Basic value + service tax ) / 4 ----- No separate charging of service tax

PLS CLARIFY
