Hi All,

i) Sale of Software through Electronic Media will attract both the Taxes VAT/CST & Service Tax for all companies.

As per Notification No. 18/2008 -Service Tax.

Please explain and Share any document related.

ii) If two taxes are attract then customer need not to be deduct TDS. Because it is a Sale.

Please explain and share any Document Related for Not deducting TDS.
