Hi,

Myself happy to post my first post on caclub Friends i know i am little bit late but i need your help on various topics.

I need a draft relating to certificate given by auditor before boardmeeting regarding pursuance to Section 224 (1(1b))

of companies Act 1956.

Hello Anshul!

As far as sec 224 (1B) is concerned it talks abt that a person or a firm cant be appointed as auditor beyond the specified no. of companies.....i think u r asking for the consent letter of auditor to be appointed in a co. and stating the fact that he is not disqualified u/s 226.
