A small Private limited company is paying only fixed monthly remuneration to one of its director since November2010. A resolution for such payment of remuneration was passed in A G M held Septemer2010 for a period of five years i.e. upto October,2015.
My query is : 1. Can company continue to pay such sum from April,2014 to Oct.,2015.on basis of
resolution passed in AGM held on Sept.2010.?
2. Fresh resolution is required to be passed for remaining period as per provision of
Companies Act.,2013.?
