Taxation U/s 50B for Demerger/ Slum Sale/Reconstruction of Scheme as defined U/s 391-394 of Companies Act. How Delhi High Court clarify the provision which was misinterpret by Two tribunal - One can say a Landmark judgement in this segment.. For more details refer the below mention link
