Query on cost of peer review

Dear All,

This query is in relation to the cost of  getting a Peer Review done :-

As per the notification No. PRB/Notfn./008/11-12, issued on: August 2011 it is stated “ Total Revenue from Attestation service clients of practice unit (Per Annum). We would like following clarification from the esteemed members of the group

1. When we talk about “per annum”, is it the revenue as at the end of the financial year with which the block of 3 year for peer review ends or is it an average of the total revenue for the block of 3 years under the review ?
2. We would also like to know what happens if the slab is different for one year and different for the other two years under peer review for the block of 3 years selected for the review?
