Professional Tax Registration?

Hi,

A new Pvt Ltd has been incorporated. It is about to commence business. The Pvt Ltd. is registering for Professional Tax (Employer's Registration).

The Pvt Ltd will not pay any remuneration to its Directors during the year. It has no employees. Its Directors are not on the Board of any other company. Nor are they drawing salary from any other employer.

In such a case, should the Directors also register for professional tax?
