I have to make the e-filing of last three years of a private company. The said company has filed their last Balane Sheet for the year 31/3/2006. Now the forms is not doing the prescruitiny for 20-B. The DSCs were registered, Adobe 9 version, internet explorer is also available. I am also fililng the other forms for different companies. In Master data in MCA website, it show the e-filing status as "Dormant". Pl. guide, how to file the forms now ?

i am also facing the same problem... but dnt worry it is a technical fault as told by the helpdesk of MCA. it will be resolved by today itself. and by tomorrow you will be able to file.
But, I think there is process to file form-61 for normalising the company.
