Plz help me urgently - final exam online application

Dear Friends,

In the final online exam application form thre is a column - Date of Registration to Final, which is automatically filled. The date given there is wrong. The date in the application form - 21/ 11/ 2001. But i had a letter from the institute regarding my registration to ca final course w. e. f 25 th February 2003 dated 27 th february 2003. Then How that date came automatically. HOW  CAN I CHANGE THE DATE IN THE ONLINE FORM? Please Help me urgently....
