Note : The above form can be used to intimate the moderators regarding abuse of the platform.

There was a circular issued by the CBDT relating to part payment of tax due in case an appeal has been filed at a higher authority and stay on proceedings is requested with the lower authority.

Can you pls help me with this issue?????
