hello i have my  name pancard but  in my name there is spelling mistake then what can i do?

Make an affidevit of ur changed signature and notarise it.

After that submit the application in Form 49A and submit ur original PAN and copy of Affidevit

carry ur originals for verifiacation

U will get the new changed PAN card
