mohit, since u are a ca final student, u can easily manage both tax as well as accounts. so the only new subject you have to study is GCL. hence i suggest you to appear for the 1st group...

Don't think much about that negative marking i.e., -0.25 marks for 1 wrong answer.
Attempt a question even if you are only 50% confident that your answer will be correct!

Rule 53 of MVAT states that if a manufacturer sells taxfree goods, Input VAT on corresponding purchases will be reduced by 3% of PP...............now, how this corresponding PP can be calculated when it is hard to seperate purchases for manufacture of taxable and taxfree goods???

ROC Bangalore rejecting my MOA on these grounds -
1st time - no of share written is still typed , and total no of shares not writt
response - everything was hand written and filed
2nd time - Ask for ID and address proof of witness duly attested by the professional.There are two witnesses.It is not clear who is winessing the 1st and 2nd susbcribers.
response - first and last copies of passport and pan card were duly attested by CA and filed
3rd time - witness occupation not mentioned.Ask for the attested copy of full set of passport copies of witnnesses
