First of all u should never ever think of commiting sucide that is the worst that  you can do to your family and wife. You have good experience search a new job in another city, being geographically distanced can resolve lot of issues, you can always go on some festival n be with your family.

Moving on to a new city u n make contacts with time and can astablish a CA firm or start with some partnership.

And what family property yaar, there is nothing in this world we own, even if u have a billions of rupees in ur a/c u still can be unhappy. Be contended with what you have. Try to tell your decision in the most respectful manner to your parents n then move on.

Time heals, ur parents may be angry with you bt they know u r  happy wid time even they will realise their folly.

Plz dnt get depressed.

Query

The Assessee is a News Paper publishing Company and prints and sale its own newspaper.

It has spare printing capacity and at times does printing of News Papers as Job work (above Rs. 10 Lacs) for other small newspaper vendors / Other Publishers.

1.     Whether the assessee is liable to charge Service Tax on this Job work?

2.     Whether considering the notification No-8/2005, it would be liable to charge Service Tax?

3.     Whether this job work of printing can get Service Tax exemption considering the Notification no-14/2004?

Please advice.

compulsory with DSC

Filing of e-return by Legal Heir (LH) using DSC: Revised Process

This is regarding cases where the assessee has expired but a return has to be filed by LH using his DSC. Following process is suggested in above regard :

  1. The legal heir (LR) has to get a DSC in his own name.

  2. LH is required to make a request by sending a mail to ask @ incometaxindia.gov.in  mentioning the name, PAN,Date-of-Birth of deceased as well as that of the LH along with scanned attachment of the death certificate of the deceased.

  3. On receipt of above, LH would be enabled to file the return of deceased using LH’s DSC.

Dear Poster,

Kindly go thru this link https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/Howtorectification.html and follow as instructed.

In CPC communication Ref. number write down the Communication Ref. Number which you can find on 143(1), after that fill Date of Order (date of u/s 143(1) ), in next step, write value which is shown in example below of that page,

like : tax credit (which you can find in computed part by ITD department)

after this, write credit allowed (you will find this in Computed Part by ITD Department

hope this will help you out ..  :)

Posted by : A K Jain on 01 May 2012

1) TDS is applicable only on FDs & if total interest is exceeded Rs 10K.

2) Bank will issue total interest certificate & same is to be added fully in taxable income.Accordingly self assessment tax is to be paid.

Replied in : Is scolding common in articleship ??
Posted by : Ritesh ~Indian Son[CMA*CS] on 01 May 2012

when i opened this page first of all i seen your name, and your name which itself gives the inspiration to all of us. You know what if someone is scolding for any reason then its ok, as that mistake will not be committed for any further, but if for no reason we get scolded then just think of your aim. Don't bother in such things and just listen to your heart. Always do remember one thing "In every second every moment life plays a game & we are the part of each game, it depends on us that how better we play our own game:. I hope you get your doubt cleared.

When you joined the course CA, then one thing do remember that the word "Tough" is no more exists in CA student dictionary, cauz it is we who select which is easy or which is more easy.

Both are different one is professional and other is social. Relatives and friends who are not in the field of finance stay in touch through FB. Both have unique set of features. So the comparison is not fair.

One more thing----

CCI has an account on FB......Not the other way around.

But yes if one would ask me for 1 day i have to choose only one site among these to visit...I will, without any hesitation, choose CCI.
