If NRI doesn't have any income in India, can he voluntarily file ROI in India.

Yes, NRI can voluntarily file return in India showing NIL income...........

So what can we show in ROI.
Where we can show His Salary Income earned outside India

There is no need to show the salary income in the return of NRI........

Actually i m preparing the eturn & confused what to show in income. He is having SB a/c where nominal interest less than 5000 is debited .....
So, what income i ll show in the return ???? ....

Only interest income is to be shown,
I have heard that,Department sends scrutiny notice to all those who have shown exempted income more than INR 200,000/- so only show the interest income and file the return.
Or wait for others reply.
