Non xbrl filing 2012

As such Revised Schedule VI is effective from 1^st April, 2011. The Current year filing will be based on such revised schedule VI. However, new forms 23AC and ACA is under finalization and will be notified soon on MCA.

Therefore, all companies who are required to file NON XBRL e forms 23AC and ACA as per revised schedule VI be allowed to file their financial statements without any additional fee upto 15^th September, 2012 or within 30 days of the date of AGM, whichever is later.
