I am incorporating a new company. I have one question. In the MOA & AOA that is to be filed in Form 1, is use of word "Application" mandatory before the proposed name of the company?
Eg.
Name as "XYZ private limited" or "Application XYZ private limited"

There is no requirment to use word "Application" before the proposed name of the company.
At time of applying for the name you ahve to mention the name "XYZ Pvt. Ltd" and not to use the word "Application". And eveb aftre the name gets approved, you need not to use the word application.
