If in any problem , High Court orders to reduce Face Value of Equity Shares under Recounstruction scheme , then does it have any impact on Authorised Capital ?

No there wl nt b an impact on authorisd capital..!it wl effct 2 thngs.!!the paid-up capitl nd d capital reserve a/c..:)
