Hi all, 

Does anyone have any idea about Government Orders in favour of MSMEs. There a lot of benefits given to enterprises registered under MSMEs like exemption from Payment of earnest money, Price preference upto 15% from Large scale enterprise etc. 

My Question:

Most of the orders require for submission of bank guarantee for a performance/warranty guarantee. Is there any govt order which gives exemption to MSMEs from submission of BGs. Where can i find exhaustive list of benefits given to MSMEs.
