Statutory auditor has given some qualification in his audit report and sign the balance sheet. That report has sent to all the governing body like IT Deptt. Sales Tax etc. After some days the client removed all the qualification and request to statutory auditor to remove the qualification. Should the Statutory Auditor remove the qualification and issue a new clean report . Is the return filed with governing body required to revise or not.
