Hi!

Has anyone tried Vaitheeswaran handbook on idt for ca final? how is it? is it sufficient or is it too concise? has he written a textbook as well on idt?

also has anyone tried snowhite publications for mics, law and audit? if yes then please share your views on the books. it will help me decide what to buy.

i have decided upon the foll. books though. please tell me if i'm making the right choice or u have a better suggestion:

idt- vaitheeswaran (snowwhite publications), mics-dinesh madan , audit-g. sekar(paduka publication), law- manish bhandari text book

(1) Advanced Accountancy - M.P. Vijaykumar

(2) MAFA - Pattabi Ram and S.D Bala ( You could back it up with MAFA - By Saravana Prasath and Sai Mukundan  because it has good selection of problems

(3) Audit - Saravana Prasath (Padhuka)

(4) Law - Munish Bhandari - both textbook and handbook for easy revision

(5) Cost Management - Saravana Prasath Padhukas

(6) MICS - Padhukas

(7) DT - G Sekar - Padhuka

(8) IDT - Vaidi (Back it with The new indirect tax handbook released by Padhuka) only to know what questions have come in the exam . Vaidi theory as well cases are more than enough and you can reproduce the entire thing in the exam

Hi Vaithi sir book is good.. But its full of case law.. Ajay jain book is good for IDT.
