A dealer registerd with excise department for steel products like tmt bars, angles, flats, etc. has a limited set of customers who need excise invoice. Is there an option available to him to maintain seperate stock and related books like stock register, invoice, etc. if he wants to take credit on limited stock? If yes, what would be the process to de the same?

yes, he has to register himself as first stage dealer or second stage dealer, and also he must maintain accounts for all goods and issue excise invoice to all his customer, as all goods he is selling is excisable goods.
