can anyone tell me payment due date of 30days for payment of Outstanding balance to the buyer should be considered after expiry of Credit period or from the date of Invoice.

A Pvt limited co. engaged in Real Estate Development - whether fall under the MSMED Act. Is there any registration requirement.
