Disparity among the states/rurals in terms of budget allocation occures, mainly due to the reason that The companies pay their taxes at their Head offices situated at Metro Cities whereas their main revenue generation is from rural India, consequently, the Central Govt allocates major funds for development at Metros. and in this way the rural India and small cities are getting poorer and Major cities are getting richer. This is a major cause of concern; if we are serious about the overall development of the country. I invite your comments / opinions.
