Can Anyone tell me, what is the last limit of Form 112, if i applied for second course on 29th feb, 2008. and if i am late, what is the penalty structure?

with in 30 days from the date of registration of another course,if it is delay for another 30 days(total 60 days) Rs 100 fine to be sent along with form 112,

if delay for more than 60 days Rs 300 .
