Under Rajasthan VAT Act, 2003 an option for annual assessment has been given to the dealers by inserting new rule 22A in the budget 2008-09 on dated 25.02.08. I want to know whether this annual assessment will be Self -assessment or scrutiny assessment as last date for taking this option is 30.04.2008.
