So far no such news from ICAI.
if anything like that happens, ICAI will duly inform us thro' the Announcements/Notification section in it's website.
No such announcements were released by ICAI till now regarding this aspect.
If ICAI has such proposals, it will be announced after the attemps are exhausted.
not yet announced, but in my view icai, will increase it.
