Dear all please guide me how to prepare CMA , bank loan report. i am tring from so many days but i am not getting the right way.wher to start and ho w? i am totally confussed. please guide me. its very urgent for me to learn.

In CMA, you have to show the audited details of atleast last two years, current year estimate and next two yrs. projections in case of Working capital enhancement / renewal case and otherwise the projections upto the repayment of the loan in case of term loan.

The projections are made based on past data, current market situation and future prospect of the industry.
