Main object for transport company

Dear Friends,

One of our client is planning to form a SPV. The primary objective of the proposed SPV  is to  implement Personal

Rapid Transit (PRT) System. PRT  is a transport system,works on elevated tracks and is suitable for

short distance city travel.  

Can u please give me a format of main object for such companies??

In fact there is no fixed format of objects clause of a particular company which you can simply copy paste. You will have to ask an executive of that company, having technical knowledge, to write down its main objects, objects incidental or ancillary to the attainment of the main objects; and Other objects, which they would like to carry in future.
