Hi,

I want to know that can a factory established under the Factory Act run it's factory on all Contractual Labour.

Is there any restricxtion on the part of the Law that some of the Labour should be on company's roll.

Is there any violation or penalty if  not keeping any of the labour on company's roll and just keep all the labour on contractual roll.

Please suggets me as soon as possible with proper sections and rules.

Thanks & regards

I dont thing there is any law prohibiting these things. There is nothing wrong in running a factory on contractual labour.

Anything which is not prohibited in law is permissible as per the fundamental principles of common law, as followed by us.
