Hello ALL

I had registered a Proprietor firm(July 2015) Under AP Shop and Establishment Act.

1.When I needed to file ITR?

2.Which ITR form is required for filling?

depending upon turnover and profit, ITR4 or ITR4s. due date for ITR (without tax audit case) is 31 August 2015. for audit case 30 september 2015

For the A.Y. 2015-16, you need not file ITR 4s or ITR4 because you have registered in the current finacial year which return will be filed in the next finacial year (A.Y. 2016-17).You have an option to file ITR 4S & ITR 4 in the A.Y. 2016-17. But if your turnover exceedings Rs. 1 Crore then you have to file ITR 4 along with audit report.
