Brokerage fee (paid to broker while taking a flat on rent ) reimburse by the employer is taxable for employee? (the amount will be considered as employee income or not)

This is treated of employee's expenses ., its is treated as co.,'s expenses it is under indirect expenses . its not considered emploee's income, its is not taxable to employee

Dear Jaganathan,
under what expense brokerage will be exempted from being considered as salary...it is not a company expense unless it forms part of relocation expenses...

It was the part of relocation expense, and the amount was 25k. The amount was reimburssed by thirdy party, which works for relocation for the employer. Please mention the act/section according to which it is not taxable/ or taxable
