Hi All,
We made Export invoice on last month (March) but that material cleared from Bonded warehoues, invoice raised by us and cleared by one of Clearing agent.
Is it ARE-1 required for in this case ????? and also required to intimate Excise & customs with in 24 Hours.

The goods may have been cleared for export, goods may also be exported.
It is not an export sale for the Central Excise benefit purposes. I hope you paid duty at the time of such clearance.

Bonded warehouse terminalogy is now abolished. Whole plant is consided as Bonded warehouse excluding EOU, SEZ, STPI..units.
For Export, ARE-1 is must though it under physical inspection with Supdt or under SRP. this need to submit to Excise within 24hrs.
